  • Baseline with your current wedges (spin retention, launch window, strike pattern).
  • Loft ladder testing (46°–62°) to set gaps from your PW.
  • Bounce/grind trials on firm fairway, rough, and tight lies (square/open).
  • Shaft & length match for feel, tempo, and distance control.
  • Lie & swing-weight checks; final spec card + top 2–3 build options (emailed).

Test & eliminate

lofts, bounce/grinds, and shafts until windows and consistency lock in.

Lock the build

loft map, bounce/grind per wedge, length/lie/swing-weight; order or schedule build.
